The Port City
Track Officials Association, a nonprofit organization, officiates Mobile & Baldwin County high school, collegiate
& USATF club/youth league track & field meets. This upcoming season our organization will officiate such prestigious
competitions as the Challenge of Champions and the 46th Annual Southeastern Relays as well
as other prominent track meets in the Mobile area.
